Sometimes you want the tool. Sometimes you want us in the room.
Inno hands founders a lab notebook for running discovery on their own. Advisory is when you want us working alongside you, or teaching your team to do this well. Here's the shape of the work we take on.
Validate one idea
You have an idea you can't stop thinking about, and you want to know if it's real before you quit your job or spend the next year on it. We work with you to name what has to be true, get you in front of the right people, and read the evidence honestly at the end. You walk away knowing whether to build, adjust, or drop it. If your idea is validated, you have the evidence you need to convince an accelerator, investor, or co-founder to invest their time and money.
Teach your team to do it
We've been teaching customer discovery for years, and it holds up in a room. We run workshops and training for founder cohorts, accelerators, and company teams: how to write assumptions worth testing, how to run an interview that gets past politeness, and how to tell real signal from a friendly nod. Your people leave able to do it again without us.
Bring rigor to innovation inside a company
Larger companies don't lack ideas. They lack a good way to decide which ones deserve real money and time. We work with innovation teams to put customer depth into that call, so the ideas that move forward are the ones with evidence behind them, not just the loudest sponsor.
Every engagement looks a little different, because every founder and team is starting from a different place. Tell us where you're stuck and what you're trying to find out, and we'll tell you whether we can help.
