Every week you'll set a goal, talk to real people, and bring what happened to a small group that will help you with the next step. We'll recap one skill, hear where each team is stuck, and unstick it together before we hang up.

You'll work in Inno, so your interviews, notes, and evidence live in one place by the end.

What happens each week

Each session is 1 hour and starts with a short skill recap, about 10 minutes. It might be how to make an ask or how to take good notes. Then each team shares its progress and its biggest blocker. The group works through the blockers live, and the last part of the hour is working time.

In week 1 everyone sets a goal. That could be how many customers you'll talk to, and what result would tell you to keep going or stop.

A one-off workshop can't give you a weekly deadline, accountability, or peers who are also doing interviews and can introduce you to people to talk to. This does, and we help you get past the first step.

Who it's for

Early-stage founders. Some of you are full-time on an idea already. Others are still deciding whether to make the jump. Many of you will have just come from our workshop.

What it costs

$99 per startup for all 4 sessions. That covers the live time with us and your work in Inno. We take up to 5 startups so each team gets real attention. You pay by card when you sign up, and your spot is held once payment goes through.
